The swimming pool
There is a large and attractive 12 x 7 metre swimming pool in a partly walled garden with a barbeque, parasols and sun beds. Shade is provided by two large walnut trees, with a hammock.
The garden
The garden has been designed by the owner to give each house its own private areas to sit, eat and sunbathe in, but there are also communal areas surrounding the property, such as the orchard area, planted with mature walnut and cherry trees and newly planted figs, almond, apricot and plum trees and an organic vegetable and cutting garden (fresh fruit and veg can be purchased - minimum contribution!). A path cut through long grasses and wild flowers in summer leads to a pond with a jetty and another peaceful seating area. From the swimming pool a gateway leads to another grassed area planted with young olive trees, with a bench for sitting and admiring the views of woods and fields of wheat and sunflowers in the summer, and the snow covered Montagne Noir in winter.
For children
There is a children’s play area with a wooden castle with slide, swings, a large "in the ground" trampoline and sandpit.
We also have bicycles for both adults and children.
There is also a table tennis and a badminton net and cricket nets.
We are happy to provide baby sitting/monitoring service for those wishing to go out for dinner without their children!
